DOUBLE-BOIL – that’s what we do to give you a soup that is nutritious, tasty, and wholesome. Grandma had always double-boiled the vegetables in order to gently release their essence and nutrients. This traditional technique preserves the delicate balance of our Eastern Soups.

And rest assured that we never include anything pickled or preserved; and surely no MSG!
